Shipping Limitations for certain regions
Our logistic partners could not guarantee to deliver to certain areas of your country such as remote areas or military/governmentaddresses. When you place an order we wil check with logistic company to see if we can ship to your address. f we are not able to do so.we will notify you within 24 hours after you place the order, and we will cancel the order and refund you.

We will work with the carierto resolve the issue. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.


Failed Delivery Due to Customer:
in the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address provided by the customer, unableto contact the phone number on the shipping address, refusal of the package, or failure to claim the package from the carriers facilitythe customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. These costs will vary depending on the shipping method andlocation. Customer has to pay re-delivery fee within certain days of the failed delivery depending on the local carrier's requirement. If thecustomer refuses to pay the re-delivery fee, the package will be considered abandoned.The courier may choose to dispose of thepackage, and wwjewelry will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for the items in the order
